We are Bravo Restaurants

We operate more than a dozen casual dining spots in four states, primarily in the Chicago area.

Our well-known concepts include Italian eateries Gino's East and Edwardo's Natural Pizza; its popular Ed Debevic's locations offer 1950s-style diner menu and atmosphere; and our newest Gold Coast gem, Eduardo’s Enoteca.

We also sell frozen food wholesale through a Bravo Foods subsidiary. Ivan Himmel and his son Jeff formed Bravo Restaurants in 1994. Today, Bravo has more than 20 full time employees in our corporate office. Meet some of our wonderful people below and discover what their role is!
